Visit to AIR transmitter in Pune(Hadapsar).
February 25, 2005Yesterday I visited to AIR(All India Radio) transmitter in Hadapsar, Pune. It was a very nice experience. It was the industrial visit. The visit was arranged by Mr. Hayatnagarkar who teaches us Data Communication. The overall setup of AIR transmitter was of 1984. It was a 100KWatt transmitter. The Mr. Patil who is the assistant engineer in AIR who explained the transmitter. Pune AIR transmitter which is a AM transmitter is set at 792KHz.
